Ingredients:
2 coconuts grated
200 gms sugar
3 elaichi ground
100 gms flour
2 cups milk
200 ml oil
Method:
- Mix the grated coconut and sugar.
- Put it in a kadhai on low flame and cook till the sugar melts. - Add the ground elaichi and mix well.
- Make medium sized balls with the mixture.
- In a bowl, mix the flour and milk to make a batter.
- Dip the coconut balls in the batter and deep fry in oil on a high flame till light brown.
