BISMILLAH HIR RAHMAN NIR RAHEEM
Ingredients:
1 kg basmati rice
1/2 kg sugar
1 grated coconut
Cardamom powder
Saffron soaked in little milk
Method:
- Wash and boil rice in equal quantity of water.
- When the rice is done add grated coconut and sugar.
- Cook until sugar is totally absorbed.
- Dry the cooked rice, garnish with cardamom powder and saffron.
