BISMILLAH HIR RAHMAN NIR RAHEEM
Ingredients:
1/5 ltr plain yoghurt
125 gms caster sugar
15 gms chopped pistachios (skinned)
10 gms Chironji
1.5 gms cardamom powder
Method:
- Put yoghurt into a large sieve lined with wet cheesecloth.
- Allow to drain for six to eight hours.
- Mix the other ingredients into the yoghurt.
- Garnish with saffron and chopped nuts. Serve Chilled.
