Ingredients:
Maida - 2 cups
Butter - 1 tsp
Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
Dhania powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Method:
- Add jeera powder, dhania powder, garam masala powder, chilli powder, black pepper powder, baking soda, salt and mix well.
- Add little warm water and make smooth dough.
- Now roll the dough into thick roti and cut them into small diamond shaped pieces.
- Heat the oil in a tawa and fry these diamond pieces till they turn golden brown.
- Yummy masala diamonds are ready to be served.
