Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple ( cut into pieces)
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup tender coconut meat ( nariyal malai)
1 bottle miranda
1/2 cup sweet lime juice
Few pomegranate seeds for garnish
Method:
- Slice up the pineapple and juice it.
- Then add the sweet lime juice and miranda to it.
- Chop the tender coconut meat finely.
- Mix together the tender coconut meat and coconut water.
- Add some crushed ice in two glasses and pour the juice over it.
- Sprinkle some pomegranate seeds in the glass and serve immediately.
