Ingredients:
1 kg guava
1 kg guava
1/2 kg sugar
Juice of half a lemon
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
- Boil the guavas and add sugar.
- Strain the pulp without the sugar.
- Make a three string sugar syrup.
- Add the lemon juice, guava pulp and vanilla essence.
- Cook on slow flame till the mixture leaves the sides and turns brown.
- Pour on a greased plate. cool.
- Cut it into desired shape and serve.
