Ingredients:
15 ml lime juice
15 ml sugar syrup
15 ml non alcoholic blue mix
60 ml sprite

Method:
- Take a glass, fill it up with ice cubes.
- Mix the lime juice and blue mix
- Add sugar syrup and stir.
- Top this with sprite.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge in a champagne glass.
