BISMILLAH HIR RAHMAN NIR RAHEEM
Ingredients:
2 big carrots
2 big tomatoes
1/4 tsp grated ginger
4 mint leaves finely chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt amd pepper to taste
1 tbsp sugar
Method:
- Cut carrots and tomatoes into big chunks.
- Add water and boil till soft.
- Cool and blend in a mixie with the rest of the ingredients into a smooth consistency.
- Add more water and run the mixie again.
- Strain the juice.
- Add mint and refrigerate it.
- Stir and serve chilled.
