Walnut Fudge


BISMILLAH HIR RAHMAN NIR RAHEEM


Ingredients:


2 tins of condensed milk
2 cups of walnuts, chopped coarse
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup cocoa powder
4 tsp ghee


Method:

- Pour the condensed milk into a pan and add sugar to it and stir well.
- When it starts leaving the sides, add the walnuts, vanilla essence and ghee and stir well.
- Add cocoa powder and stir continously till it leaves the sides of the pan.
- Remove from fire and pour into a greased plate.
- Cool. Cut into desired shape and serve.
