Marzipan


BISMILLAH HIR RAHMAN NIR RAHEEM

Ingredients:

200 gms cashewnuts
400 gms powdered sugar
1 egg, only white
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp almond essence

Method:

- Soak the cashewnuts in water and grind into a paste adding a little rose water. 
- Mix the paste, sugar and egg white. 
- Cook on medium flame adding ghee and stirring continuously till it leaves the sides of the pan. 
- Cut into desired pieces and serve.
