Banana Ice Cream Shake

Ingredients:

1 banana, peeled and chopped
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 cup milk

2 egg white
1 tsp vanilla extract

Method:

- In a blender combine banana, ice cream, milk, egg white and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
