Panna


BISMILLAH HIR RAHMAN NIR RAHEEM


Ingredients:

Keri - 2
Sugar - 25o gms
Cardamom and cumin powder ( for flavor)
Black Pepper - to taste
Salt - to taste


Method:

Boil keri in pressure cooker. 
Peel the skin out. Grind sugar and keri pulp in a mixer. 
Then add, crushed cardamom, cumin, black pepper and salt. 
Refrigerate. Garnish with rose petals. Serve cold.
