Chandra Puli



BISMILLAH HIR RAHMAN NIR RAHEEM

Serves 4 
Time required - 30 mins

Ingredients:

200 ml kheer
Ghee as required 
200gms sugar
1/2 tsp(2g) cardamom powder
One coconut grated
15 gms raisins, chopped
25 gms cashew nuts, chopped

Method:

Put the kheer, one tbsp ghee, sugar, cardamom powder and grated coconut in a wok, and mix well. Keep stirring on high heat, till the moxture becomes sticky.
Grease a half moon-shaped dice (chandrapuli dice) and put a little of the mixture in it and press with your fingers, Carefully remove after a few minutes, so that the chandrapuli does not break. Similarly, make more chandrapulis with the remaining ingredients. SErve garnished with chopped raisins and cashewnuts.
