BISMILLAH HIR RAHMAN NIR RAHEEM
Maida - 2 cups
Butter / refined oil - 125gms
Castor Sugar - 1cup
Mix fruit / vanilla essence - 2 drops
Ripe bananas (peeled & mashed) - 2 (medium sized)
Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
Eggs - 2
Curd - 2 tbsp
Sieve the maida and the baking powder together.
Beat the butter until soft.
Add the sugar, vanilla essence and bananas, and continue beating till the mixture turns fluffy.
Add the eggs while beating continuously.
Gently fold in the maida and the curds.
Bake at 200 deg celsius for 45 minutes.
Let cool and then decorate with fresh banana slices and cherries.
Best consumed immediately.
