Walnut Fudge



BISMILLAH HIR RAHMAN NIR RAHEEM


Ingredients:

2 tins of condensed milk
2 cups of walnuts, chopped coarse
1 1/2 cups sugar 
1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup cocoa powder
4 tsp ghee

Method:

Pour the condensed milk into a pan and add sugar to it and stir well. 
When it starts leaving the sides, add the walnuts, vanilla essence and ghee and stir well. 
Add cocoa powder and stir continously till it leaves the sides of the pan. 
Remove from fire and pour into a greased plate. 
Cool. Cut into desired shape and serve.
