BISMILLAH HIR RAHMAN NIR RAHEEM
Maida - 2 cups
Butter - 1 tsp
Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
Dhania powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Add jeera powder, dhania powder, garam masala powder, chilli powder, black pepper powder, baking soda, salt and mix well. Add little warm water and make smooth dough.
Now roll the dough into thick roti and cut them into small diamond shaped pieces.
Heat the oil in a tawa and fry these diamond pieces till they turn golden brown.
Yummy masala diamonds are ready to be served.
