Sweet Raisin Bread


BISMILLAH HIR RAHMAN NIR RAHEEM


Ingredients:

1 kg refined flour
150 gms sugar
100 gms raisins
100 gms milk
200 gms salt
40 gms yeast
10 gms gluten


Method:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. 
Add water to it. Knead the dough well. 
Keep it aside for 30-35 minutes, so that it becomes fluffy. 
Grease the mould with margarine and bake the bread for 35 minutes at 230 - 240 degree centigrade.

Yield - 5 loaves.
