Sandesh



BISMILLAH HIR RAHMAN NIR RAHEEM


Ingredients:

Paneer - 100 gms
Milk - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 4 tsp powdered
Kewra/Rose essence - a few drops
Cardamoms - 3 to 4


Method:

Knead and smoothen the paneer well. 
Add sugar, milk, cardamom and essence. 
Spread in decorative moulds and steam for 5 minutes. 
Cool in the fridge for about 15 minutes. 
Turn out from moulds and serve decorated as desired.

Variations: 

Orange sandesh can be prepared by adding orange juice. Chocolate sandesh by adding cocoa. Dry fruits and fruits  can also be used to decorate.
