Panhe


BISMILLAH HIR RAHMAN NIR RAHEEM


Ingredients:


Raw mangoes - 500 gms
Sugar - 500 gms
Powdered cardamoms - 1 tsp
saffron - 1 tsp


Method:

Wash and peel the raw mangoes and pressure cook. 
After the mangoes cool, carefully separate the pulp, add sugar and bring the mixture to a boil. 
After this syrup cools add powdered cardamoms, saffron and dilute with adequate quantity of water and serve chilled.
