BISMILLAH HIR RAHMAN NIR RAHEEM
Mango pulp (thick) - 250 gms
Mawa - 250 gms
Ghee - 2 tsp
Coconut - 250 gms
Sugar - 200 gms
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Keep a kadai on slow fire.
Add mawa, fry lightly till it changes color.
Add grated coconut, sugar granules, ghee and mango pulp.
Fry for another five minutes and stiffen the mixture. Put off gas.
Take out and spread the mixture onto a greased flat tray. Cut into pieces.
No more decoration is needed as mango pulp is the main ingredient.
