Mango Amber


BISMILLAH HIR RAHMAN NIR RAHEEM


Ingredients:

250 gms mango pulp
2 eggs separated
1/4 cup icing sugar
2 tbs butter
A few drops of lime juice


Method:

Add a few drops of lemon juice to the pulp, stir in the butter and beaten egg yolks.
Pour the mixture into a shallow greased pie dish. 
Beat the egg whites stiff and fold in the icing sugar. 
Cover the mixture completely with the meringue and ruffle the top. 
Dust with sugar. Bake in a warm oven for 30 minutes or until the meringue is crisp and golden. 
Serve hot or cold.
