Laapsi


BISMILLAH HIR RAHMAN NIR RAHEEM


Ingredients:

1/4 kg Buckwheat flour
125 gms Jaggery
5-6 tbsp Ghee
3-4 glasses of Water


Method:

Take jaggery in a vessel and add water to it. 
Heat it on a low flame so that the jaggery melts. 
Add 1 tbsp ghee to it and stir continuously. 
Add flour once the jaggery has melted. 
Make sure the flour mixes well with the jaggery. 
Allow it to cook on a low flame for 10-15 mins, till it turns reddish. 
Take it off the stove and add ghee to it.
