Jaldi Basundi



BISMILLAH HIR RAHMAN NIR RAHEEM


Ingredients:

Kesar peda - 1/2 kg
Milk - 2 ltrs
Dry fruit powder - 1 tsp
Elaichi Powder - 1/2 tsp
Saffron strands - few


Method:

Soak the saffron strands in little milk. 
Powder and grind the pedas along with half a glass of milk. 
Meanwhile boil the milk. 
Add the peda mixture to the milk and let it boil continuously for ten minutes on low flame. Keep stirring. 
Finallay add elaichi powder, dry furit powder and saffron strands. 
Serve this lip smacking basundi hot or cool.
