Coco - Fruit Delight


BISMILLAH HIR RAHMAN NIR RAHEEM


Serves 2

Ingredients:

1 cup pineapple ( cut into pieces)
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup tender coconut meat ( nariyal malai)
1 bottle miranda
1/2 cup sweet lime juice
few pomegranate seeds for garnish


Method:

Slice up the pineapple and juice it. 
Then add the sweet lime juice and miranda to it. 
Chop the tender coconut meat finely. 
Mix together the tender coconut meat and coconut water. 
Add some crushed ice in two glasses and pour the juice over it. 
Sprinkle some pomegranate seeds in the glass and serve immediately.
