Sukhdi



BISMILLAH HIR RAHMAN NIR RAHEEM


Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 1 cup
Jaggery - 3/4 cup
Ghee - 3/4 cup
Almond and cashew for garnishing


Method:

Heat ghee in a thick bottom vessel.
Add wheat flour and stir till it becomes light brown. Cool it.
When it is warm, add jaggery and mix it well.
Spread it on a ghee greased tray.
Cut it in diamond shape and decorate with almond and cashew.
